Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits our website, creates an account, subscribes to the platform, books a discovery call, or contacts us through any of our forms.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the service properly. That includes:
- Account information: your name, email address, agency name, team size, and anything else you give us when you sign up or fill in a form.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We don’t store your card details. Stripe sends us confirmation of payment and the basics we need for invoicing and renewals.
- Usage information: which sessions you’ve watched, when you log in, and how you use the platform. This helps us improve the content.
- Communications: emails or messages you send us, and notes from any calls you’ve had with our team.
- Technical information: the standard things your browser sends, like IP address, device type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Give you access to the platform and the sessions you’ve paid for.
- Process payments and send invoices.
- Send you updates about your subscription, new sessions and service announcements.
- Respond to your questions and provide support.
- Improve the platform based on how people are actually using it.
- Meet our legal and tax obligations.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing emails
